Nemzzz’s *RENT’S DUE* is his second mixtape, scheduled for release on March 28, 2025. Hailing from Manchester, England, Nemzzz (born Nemiah Emmanuel Simms on March 28, 2004) has quickly risen as one of the UK’s most promising rap talents, amassing over half a billion streams in 2024 alone.
Following his 2024 debut mixtape *Do Not Disturb*, which peaked at number 17 on the UK Albums Chart, *RENT’S DUE* promises to solidify his place in the UK rap scene with a blend of his signature laidback flow, sharp lyricism, and gritty storytelling.
Nemzzz has shown that music just got better. He has won numerous awards from his previous songs and with the cooperation of his fans he hopes he can win more with this new song theme “ RENT’S DUE ALBUM.
The mixtape features 14 tracks, with confirmed collaborations including Central Cee and Kyle Richh, alongside previously released singles like “COLD” (dropped February 14, 2025), “Bad Decisions,” “Us vs Them,” and “Evicted.”
The title *RENT’S DUE* draws from the phrase “rapping like the rent was due,” symbolizing the extra effort and energy Nemzzz pours into his verses. Announced in early 2025, the project has been teased since October 2024, with Nemzzz sharing updates via Instagram after wrapping up his tour.
